About Our Massage Therapist, Alexia

“I have been blessed with the animals in my life, they are great teachers. Memories of my early childhood years in Africa, I recall playing with our dogs, cats, birds and visiting our race horses. Nothing else excited me as much as this. Then growing up in Athens, Greece, we had dogs and cats which I picked up from the streets and also helped some stray animals find loving homes.
I used to volunteer at a wildlife rehabilitation center on a small island called Egina. It was a beautiful experience; I lived in the facility 24 hours a day, months at a time. I just loved being there; helping as much as I could all these different kind of animals such as birds of prey, foxes, wolves, monkeys, turtles, etc.
I have always had a special connection with animals, and I know that one of my purposes in life is to help each animal that comes to me for assistance in their healing process, whether it is a physical or an emotional issue.that’s the least I can do for these wonderful creatures.” – Alexia
